Albert Hall Museum is among one of the oldest and most visited museums in Jaipur. Also known as the Government Central Museum, it is located in the Ram Niwas Garden and is a splendid example of the Indo-Saracenic architecture.

The museum was constructed in 1876 and got its name from the Victoria and Albert Museum of London because of the similarity in architecture. It initially served as a town hall. However, later Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh II suggested it to be a museum for the art of Jaipur.

Albert Hall Museum showcases a fine collection of artifacts including jewellery, paintings, carpets, ivory, stone and metal sculptures and works in crystal. The Egyptian Mummy here is a major centre of attraction.
